Whether you're out on a date with your girlfriend or eating with the family, anything that puts an awkward strain on the typical eating schedule can make for a tough long term commitment. I feel that is where we find the more rigorous schedules of intermittent fasting, such as the 6 hour feeding and 18 hour fasting split. But at the end of the day, whether intermittent fasting works for you is going to be the deciding factor of whether it should form the basis of your nutrition. I say, if you are getting results...then go for it.
