We add greens(parsley, dill, grewn onion, basil, mint,…) to breakfast. 3) Physical activity: - Daily walking for 30-60 minutes ( including a step simulator); - Dancing lessons. - Outdoor games (volleyball and tennis). - Cycling; - Swimming 2-3 times a week; - Daily home exercises. 4) Sleep: Sleep patterns: sleep for at least 8 hours, go to bed before 22:00-23:00, exclude all light sources during sleep, ventilate the room 30 minutes before bedtime. 5)SEMAGLUTIDE solution for subcutaneous administration 0.25 mg subcutaneously into the abdomen once every 7 days, regardless of food intake. 1 injection-1 needle.
