Instead, she went to the gym for 90 minutes every day. She says that she did Pilates, cardio, yoga, and strength training. It didn’t take long before Chrissy saw a difference. She says that she felt more confident and sexy. At first, she thought that she just needed to do something else to change her life. But after four months of working out consistently, she decided to try a different strategy. Chrissy tried fasting, and it worked. She says that it gave her the ability to focus more on her goals and to avoid emotional eating. She also learned a lot about what foods were good for her body.
