It’s mainly meant to be used for more research with you and your medical doctor. Most people that are on heart medication are either on: • Cholesterol meds (statins) • High blood pressure meds (diuretics) • Anti-clotting meds (warfarin, aspirin) What causes high cholesterol and LDL? - High insulin. What causes high blood pressure? - High insulin. What causes clotting? - High insulin. It all goes back to high insulin—too much insulin in the blood.
