The Truth About Weight Loss Golo For Life Access Health
A lot of people wonder why they are not losing weight during the holiday season. It's no rocket science to explain that phenomenon to you. As you know, starting with Thanksgiving and continuing with all the Christmas treats and food, it's a challenge. But why are people gaining so much weight in December? It's because of societal pressure and a lack of self-discipline. You need clear principles that you follow 365 days a year when it comes to nutrition and fitness. If you stick to your principles, even in December, and only eat freely on days with holiday celebrations, it's possible to maintain your weight by sticking to your diet for the rest of the time. 💯 My recommendation is to plan those days where you have festivities to really only indulge on those occasions. That helps me stick to my diet and limit unhealthy days to 4 days in December. 💪 If you need further help with consistency and discipline in your diet, comment "change" to receive my help. 😃 #holidays #unhealthyfood #fatlossjourney #loseweight #diet #strengthtraining
