But if you keep your carbs low, there are no risks associated with consuming healthy fats. It takes three days to switch your body’s fuel source from sugar to fat, and you start burning your own body fat. As soon as you consume too many carbs on other diets, your blood sugar drops and you become cranky and hungry all the time.
