Zutaten für 2 Portionen: 1 EL Butterschmalz 500 g Hähnchenbrust 400 g Brokkoli 1 kleine Zwiebel 1 Knoblauchzehe Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver nach Geschmack 200 ml Sahne 15 g Butter 10 kleine Mozzarella-Kugeln Zubereitung: Die Edelstahlpfanne vorheizen und das Butterschmalz darin schmelzen.
