It's been 109 days and things are looking up. I have been eating a mix of #keto , #Ketovore and mostly #Carnivore for 109 days. I have eaten mostly Beef, Butter, Bacon, Eggs, Redmond Salt and #Water. I feel great. I started June 13, 2023. I was 317 pounds. Now 282 to 285 pounds. I #walk, #cycle # fast got to the #gym , have #coffee and just stay active. I am down inches throughout my body. Inside the video I talk about my #health and where I started and some of my work injuries too. I shared that I have an #enlargedheart and hypertension. the #medication I currently am on and some that I have come down on doses. My plan is to be completely off medication within the next 6 months. #sleep is another Big Step for the #success. I try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every day. my #sweetspois 7 hours. I need this to fight off my #hypertension and other #bloodpressure issues. #workingout is key and will be for the rest of my #life .
