I’ve been a #juicegirlie for over a year now. Growing up, I didn’t know how important wellness was as you grow in age. I was in weight lifting, flag football and basketball. But that was all I knew! The fitness side of wellness. As I experienced health issues as a teenager and young adult/mom, I learned how important taking care of your body is. Not just physically but by what you consume on the daily. Of course, emotional and mental health play a big role in what you consume as well(alcohol,”feel good” food and etc.) I learned portion control is key(because sometimes ya girl will go crazy for those @chickfila fries, 🤭🤣) and alternatives are necessary. Through trial and error I realized what worked best for me, my health and wellness. So, I Decided to share some of my favorite juice and healthy food recipes with all of you this season. If you want a sustainable lifestyle you need to allow yourself to eat the things you love and learn how to fuel your body properly in the process. If you hate the way you eat on your weight loss journey you will never stick to it. Create a healthy eating lifestyle with flexibility not restriction.
