I know that in all of my videos I recommend you eat healthy whole foods made up of natural ingredients because it is easier to feel full and so much better for your health than eating processed junk like Mcdonalds. I also recommend that you eat protein with every meal, lots of green veggies, and in general keep your diet clean to maintain a good body composition. And that still holds true. For your health, well being, hormones, and body composition it's not just about the quantity of calories that you're taking in, but it's also about the quality of those calories. I do not recommend that you go eat at Mcdonalds for 60 days to lose weight. I am just using this to illustrate a point. As far as fat loss goes the bottom line is that it's all about energy expenditure vs energy intake. Calories in vs calories out, eating less and outputting more from physical activity. Call it whatever you want it's all the same.
